How did our story begin? It began in late 2008 in Chicago. While other real estate firms faced financial uncertainty during “The Great Recession”, Fulton Grace saw opportunity. We began serving the community by offering apartment rental
and property management services. When owners couldn’t sell their properties, we offered an alternative to ride out the bad market - we secured quality tenants for our clients and professionally managed their properties until the sales market rebounded. From that point on, Fulton Grace began its rise.
Not only have we attracted some of the city’s most talented and fastest growing rental and sales agents over the years, Fulton Grace has been on the top half of the coveted Inc. 5000 list for the past many years.
