Sales Fees
You only pay a sales fee if your property is successfully sold.
The professional fee is negotiated between you and your sales agent prior to listing your property.
It may either be a fixed percentage of the sale price or a performance-base percentage plus GST.
Authority or contract to sell
Upon selecting your real estate agency you will be asked to sign an approved REIV authority to sell. Information which is provided by your appointed sales agent.
Legal documents required to sell your home
Section 32: vendor statement / contract of sale
Authority to sell
Conveyancor or solicitors
Any restrictions / plans / permits on the property
