MAINTAINING ESSENTIAL SAFETY MEASURES IN YOUR BUILDING
Once a building is constructed, the building owners remain responsible for its upkeep and maintenance.
Maintaining essential safety measures ensures all safety systems, predominantly dealing with fire situations remain at the required operational level throughout the life of the building.
The type of maintenance required depends on the complexity of the safety measure, equipment or feature as well as the experience of the person charged with carrying out the inspection or test.
