All Letters and numbers have top and botton tags for
various anchor options for either Air filling or by Helium.
The inflation tail of each Number and Letter has been specificly postioned so that if you use this as the only anchor point then the balloon will float upright, where the tail could not be positioned at the bottom an extra tag has beed added.
