緣起 ORIGIN
對歐美人來說，正值寒冬的聖誕節是一年之中最重要一天，趁著佳節假期待在家裡圍 著壁爐取暖，一起看電視、聚餐......等等的家庭活動幾乎是每一個美國家庭的傳統。 然而這是因為過去大多數的家庭住在郊區的平房，但是由於近年來越來越多的年輕人 因為收入、交通、婚姻狀況等的考慮，會選擇租借在市區的公寓大廈裡，而這些公寓 大廈不會有壁爐設計，取而代之的是暖氣，不過那傳統的”圍爐”依然是深植美國人 心。因而為此設計一個裝飾性的簡易壁爐，讓居住在大廈的人們依然可以自己簡單的 塑造過節的氣氛。
For occidental, Christmas is the most important event in a year. It is a tradition ,which is staying at home and keeping warm with fireplace for most of America family during christmas holiday. Nowadays, the majority of family are living in the bungalow of suburbs , but it is getting more and more people living in the renting department located in urban area. Those department are equipped with heating arrangement instead of traditional fireplace. However, traditional fireplace is still a root idea for American. That the reason to design this product, for the purpose of offer the people living in department creating festival atmosphere im a simple way.
