Clean eating is something we all aspire to take part in. Whether you want to lose some
weight, maintain a healthier lifestyle, or just want to try something new, being able to construct and follow a healthy nutrition plan is a bit of a tall order. Myra’s collection of recipes takes the stress and time we all associate with clean eating and throws it out the window. When I first caught wind of ​Clean Eating: From Avocados to Zoodles​, I was immediately interested in what she was going to bring to the table (literally). The recipe book is one unlike any other I have come in contact with - it is straightforward, all encompassing, and very informative at its core.
Taking something as important as a healthy and clean-eating nutritional plan and forming into a compact, easy to comprehend book is no easy feat. Myra has done a wonderful job (and I am not just saying this because she happens to be my mother). The recipes will help you structure your day, week, and month by taking all of the time management out of deciding and researching what is best for your body - it is all right here in front of you!
I challenge the readers of this collection to take the guides and suggestions by stride, and really put forth effort in starting, or continuing your journey towards bettering your health!
