WHAT IS VTAX?
VTax is an on-demand mobile tax preparation service that combines the convenience of DIY (do-it-yourself) with the quality of a tax return prepared by VTax tax professionals.
How Does VTax Work?
The platform connects you with VTax tax professionals in an easy-to-use, secure online environment. Users create an account and simply answer a series of questions, upload relevant documents (e.g., Forms W-2 or 1099), chat with a VTax tax professional and then receive their prepared tax returns. VTax clients will always be able to see the status of their return on the home page and we’ll send notifications throughout the process to alert clients to important activities, but with VTax, it really is radically simple!
Who Are VTax Preparers?
The VTax team is a large team of certified tax professionals with years of experience in tax and personal finance. Our tax professionals who sign and file returns are trained and licensed with the IRS.
