The Process

● Talk to your family and/or friends
● Call our freephone number and speak too one of our bookers who can help with any initial questions you might have and book your free, no obligation, first appointment
● The First appointment with your dedicated independent advisor where you can discuss the options available and we can find out more about you
● Taking the information from your first appointment our advisors will search the whole market to find the best product for you
● Second Appointment, where your advisor will give you their recommendations and answer any of your questions
● If you decide to proceed, we then start the paperwork; it is at this point your property is valued by an independent surveyor
● You will receive your offer, which will include full terms and conditions of the product
● An Independent solicitor acting on your behalf will take care of the legal aspects
● Then, between 6 - 12 weeks later, the money is released for you to use.
