Viper® Diamond Router Profile Wheels
Viper® Profile Wheels are designed to give you professional results when using a router to shape and finish the edges of stone countertops. These fabricator-tested router bits use a special manufacturing process that bonds an extra-thick layer of diamond abrasives to help you achieve great results.
Position 1 is a Metal Bond/Sintered Router Bit. This very aggressive and long lasting first step is used for quick stock removal and rough edge shaping. Supplied with 2 bearings. The first bearing is over-sized to allow the second tool to refine the profile edge. The second bearing is used when only using the first profile bit.
Position 2 is a Metal Bond/Sintered Router Bit. This second step removes lines leaving a smooth honed finish on the edge that is ready for polishing.
•Use on portable stone router machines
•Position 1 comes with 2 bearings
•Use position 1 bearing if following it with position 2 wheel •Recommended running speed is 9,000 RPM
•6mm layer of diamonds for long tool life
•Geometry is the same as Viper CNC profile wheels
