Kadavy held an informal after action review of the troops’ experiences at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif., and recognized Soldiers who surpassed their leaders’ expectations. 2nd Lt. Mia Casale, a Soldier with the 2-112th Infantry Battalion, received a coin from Kadavy for her exemplary skill and performance during her NTC rotation.
