March 26: SFS responded to a report of a possible suicidal subject. The subject had thoughts of self-harm and was released to the unit first sergeant with no reported injuries.
March 27: SFS and firefighters re- sponded to a report of a gas leak at Bldg. 122. Patrols assisted with traffic control. Fire terminated the response.
March 30: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in a Saguaro Manor residence. The patient reported trouble breathing and an elevated pulse and was treated and transported to Abrazo West Hospital.
April 1: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the base track. The patient reported severe migraines and was treated and transported to Abrazo West Hospital.
April 2: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at the base track. The patient reported chest pains and was treated and transported to Abrazo West Hospital.
April 3: SFS responded to a report of a possible suicidal subject. The subject stated the spouse was holding a knife while making suicidal comments and ges- tures. The scene was deescalated and the individual was instructed to see a mental health provider.
April 4: SFS responded to a warrant’s hit at Kachina Gate out of Elmore County, Alabama, but was not extradited. The subject was escorted off of the installation.
April 8: SFS responded to a 911 hang up from the vicinity of Bldg. 1383. Patrols attempted to locate the caller. Sweeps of the facility and surrounding areas revealed no signs of any distress.
April 8: SFS responded to a report of screams heard at Bldg. 542. Patrols conducted sweeps of the facility and sur- rounding area with negative findings.
April 13: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency in a Saguaro Manor residence. The patient had a seizure and was transported to Abrazo West Hospital.
April 16: SFS responded to a report of a warrant’s hit out of Colorado at the South Gate Visitor Center. The subject was not extradited and was escorted off the installation.
April 17: SFS and firefighters respond- ed to a report of a child locked inside a house. The child was freed. No injuries were reported.
April 18: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency and assault at Bldg. 1550. An individual was struck by an electric shopping cart and called it assault. Glendale police arrived and assumed control.
April 19: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency at Bldg. 1541 parking garage. The patient tripped on the elevator and had minor cuts, was treated but not transported.
April 20: SFS responded to a report of a medical emergency and domestic dispute in housing. Both the subject and the victim were taken to the hospital.
Nonemergency responses
March 25: SFS responded to a report of theft of government property. The subject reported missing seatbelts from a golf cart. A report was taken with no suspects identified.
March 26: SFS responded to a report of a possible drone sighting near the north end of runway. Patrols initiated sector sweeps with negative findings.
March 27: SFS responded to a report of theft of uniform items from a locker which had not been secured. No suspects were identified.
March 30: SFS responded to a report of a 911 hang up traced to near the base track. Three juveniles were found playing with the 911 phone. All individuals were verified and parents were briefed.
March 28: SFS responded to a report of a gate runner at South Gate. It was discovered the driver did not understand the instruc- tions given and was cooperative. The vehicle was searched with no findings. The driver was released.
April 4: SFS responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle driving up and down the streets of Ocotillo Manor. A patrol made contact with the individuals and discovered there was a warrant’s hit on one individual out of Phoenix for violation of a court order. A white powdery substance, a green leafy substance and a black sticky substance was found in a search. Glendale police arrived on scene and took control. Both individuals were issued a base debarment order.
April 4: SFS responded to a request for a health and wellness check at Bldg. 663.

Patrols made contact with the subject and determined the subject was in adequate physical and mental health. SFS released the subject.
April 6: SFS responded to a report of a gate jumper at North Gate. The subject was jumping off base. Security cameras revealed a Caucasian male in dark colored clothing had jumped over North Gate. SFS patrols initiated sector sweeps with nega- tive findings.
April 10: An SFS member discovered a stun gun and an unknown substance dur- ing a routine vehicle inspection at South Gate. SFS made contact with the subject who stated the gun had been forgotten and had a valid prescription for the substance. The subject was escorted off the installation and briefed on the rules and regulations of entering a federal installation.
April 17: SFS responded to a report of shop- lifting at Bldg. 1540. The subject attempted to steal $231.34 worth of merchandise. The subject’s ID card was confiscated, and Glen- dale police arrived to assume control.
April 19: SFS responded to a report of a possible breaking and entering in a Saguaro Manor residence. The individual arrived home to an open back door. After further investigation, it was apparent that nothing had been stolen.
Alarm activations
SFS responded to 30 alarm activations on base. SFS responded to 11 security incidents.
