Search for Mister and Miss PALARO 2025

General Guidelines
1. The search is open to all School Members Of JH Cerilles State College Dumingag Campus.
2. Each participating school will send only one (1) male and one (1) female candidate to compete.
3. Each candidate must submit a duly signed FORMS 1, FORM 2, FORM 3 certifying that he/she:
a. Is a bonafide student of the institution
b. Is of good moral character-who is single, not in a live-in relationship and must have not
sired any child
c. Is at least 16 years of age on the day of the competition and not older than 25 years old.
4. Violation to all guidelines must set by the PALARO SECRETARIAT will not be counted as a
competing candidates but will be allowed to join the competition.
5. Sashing and Presentation of Candidates
a. Each candidate will WEAR THE TEAM SHIRT AND WHITE PANTS.
b. Make-up artists will be provided by the candidates by the participating school.
c. The secretariat will provide official sash.
6. Photo shoot and Video shoot
a. Each candidate will provide summer theme outfit.
b. Make-up artists will be provided by the candidates by the participating team.
c. Official photos will be used for social media and tarpaulin advertisements
d. Mr. and Ms. Photogenic will be judged by the photographers in the photo shoot.
e. The winner will be awarded during the final night.

Coronation Night
Categories:
1. Latin gold Casual (Production Number)

a. The attire will be used for production exposure to the candidates.
b. The category comprises 25% of the preliminary score in the final night.
c. Best in production will be awarded to the candidate.
