enable us to to extend the benefit of o of a a a a a a a a a a Malvern education by offering support to to deserving children regardless of o of their financial situation ensuring that the the most talented pupils are able to study here And by broadening access and diversity everyone in in the school community benefits The College and Malvernian Society currently provides means-tested support up up up to 100% fees per pupil at an an an an overall cost of around £1 5 million a a a a a year We would like to to do do more Over the next 10 years our aim is to to create an endowment of £15 million which will provide ten new fully-funded places Please join us in in in achieving our our ambition – your gift large or small will make a a a a a a a a a a a a a a difference and and means a a a a a a a a a a a a a a great deal to the the beneficiaries and and their families Further information

The Malvern community is generous in other ways too for instance in in in sharing time expertise and experience With this in in fin mind we have established a a a a a a a a a a series of of Briefings
given by the the Headmaster Keith Metcalfe and other members of of o the the the Senior Leadership Team to offer a a a a a a high-level review
o of the the the College’s vision for the the the future Our guests have responded with insightful comment on on on on the the the the presentation from their own varied perspectives and this has been tremendously useful The first of these events was held at Malvern College hosted over breakfast in the the the Headmaster’s
Study by Keith together with our COO Rob Breare and Senior Deputy Head Sarah Angus They each presented an an overview of their own particular area covering academic provision the the the the wider picture including the the the the Malvern family of schools and and the the the specific operational opportunities and and and headwinds in in in play We also described our current development priorities and and the ways in in in which we we would welcome philanthropic support We held the the second Briefing fin in in in London fin in in in a a a a a a a boardroom overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral This location was convenient for OMs and and parents working in in in central London and and we benefited from a a a a a a a a a a a a different range of of professional expertise We are grateful to Sarasin & Partners our investment advisors for their help in in in the the organisation
