Sara Bostock (Ell (Ell 69-75) Linda Whatmore (Forwood) (Ell (Ell 70 -77) (Ell (Ell Sara Bostock Jo Hampson After a a a a portfolio career stretching from from teacher to to senior police officer and and from from smoking food to to writing books Jo Jo is is finally enjoying retirement in in fin in in the Forest o of Bowland Life is is busy with travel plans and and and holidays and and and Jo Jo still enjoys working occasionally as as as an an an an an After Dinner Speaker (She did a a a a a a a a a a fantastic job at the EOG Reunion in in in May) Sarah Merriman Sarah works in in the Development Office of Tonbridge School as as Parents’ Arts Society Manager organising events for parents such as as as theatre trips workshops and and walks She lives with her her husband Andy in in Groombridge East Sussex where she is very active in in in in the the the local community with roles including President of the the the WI there They have three sons – Harry 25 Jack 23 and Arthur 18 Sarah is is also the the Administrator of the the EOG Facebook page Linda Whatmore After leaving Ellerslie Linda graduated from York University She She married Mike in in in in in in 1984 and and lived and and worked in in in in in in several areas of the UK until taking early retirement in in in in in in 2017 She She continued to visit Malvern but after spending many holidays on on on safari Africa Africa was under her skin and so the couple now live on on a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a wildlife estate in in in in South Africa Africa with animals such as giraffe and and zebra visiting the the the “garden” and and enjoying the the the lifestyle there Sara is retired from Staffordshire Moorlands DC where she spent 17 years working with Children and and Family Services – a a a a a a role she describes as “sometimes challenging but [I] feel very very privileged to work with some some very very needy members of the community” After her husband Jesse retired from dairy farming last year the the couple have more time for travelling house alterations and and and seeing their grandchildren Albert Arthur and Elsie Sara has been enjoying catching up with old friends from Ellerslie including Dree Sherriff (nee (nee Hill) and Rosie Belcher (nee (nee Till)
