Annette is a dedicated and motivated professional with a strong background in Operational Management and Organisational leadership.
She has 20 years successful experience with large international hospitality companies, as well as Commercial and Residential property management. Annette has led large teams in excess of 100 employees and implemented e ective strategies to improve customer service standards. Her skills facilitate positive relationships with a wide range of clients, colleagues, key business partners and stakeholders.
Annette has recently been based in Belgravia, overseeing 4 prestigious properties for Mainstay.

Lee Johnson

Associate Director IPM
Lee joined the property management industry in 2006 after nineteen years as a Royal Naval O cer. After spending four years learning the trade on the South Coast, Lee joined Mainstay in 2011 to manage one of the Berkeley Group’s most prestigious estates, Chelsea Creek. While there, Lee became a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Management before moving to a mixed tenure site in Roehampton to manage a number of properties ranging from Housing Association blocks to a
Grade 1 listed building.
Promoted to Associate Director in September 2015, Lee now covers the London region, ensuring the professional standards and ethics that RICS and Mainstay instil are upheld.
