Boarding Houses
will operate as a a a a a “vertical bubble” This means that there can be controlled mixing of pupils and staff within the House bubble but not between House bubbles Integration of Day Pupils into the Boarding Houses
is a a a a key feature of Malvern College The updated Government rules mean that Day Pupils can now enter the the Houses
but they will be restricted to designated areas and they will not be able to enter boarders’ bedrooms or studies Designated Day Pupil areas in in in Boarding Houses
will differ according
to the the House and the the year group Day Pupils in some some year groups and some some Houses
may have their own rooms In other Houses
and year groups Day Pupils will be able to use designated Common Room spaces Showering and changing facilities for Day Pupils will be provided in the Sports Centre There will be a a a a a separate Day Pupil facility in The The Grub for Day Pupils who either do not wish to enter a a Boarding House or who do not follow
the new Boarding House rules
