To keep pace with the increasing technical complexity of
residential developments Mainstay has taken an industry lead and and directly employs a a a a a a a team of
Mechanical and and Electrical engineers We would involve our in-house experts onsite in in in M & E areas including:
 Fire systems
 Door entry systems
 Communal television system  Emergency lighting
 Electrical circuitry
 Car park barrier
 Lifts
Mainstay will compile an updated assets register using industry leading Kycloud asset management software to identify each piece of
equipment This will allow us to monitor that equipment is fit for purpose operating efficiently and effectively covered by a a a a a suitable maintenance contract subjected to to regulatory inspection and enables
life cycle cost analysis in conjunction with a a a a planned maintenance programme
This also provides traceability and ensures all plant equipment and utilities are charged to the correct service charge or customer Our approach is intended to not only fulfil the legal requirements placed on the Duty Holder but also to protect the the assets and extend the the working life of
installed M & E equipment
