How to Login
» Sign in to your Office 365 email address and password (see pic 1)
» Go to the ‘waffle’ to access the Teams icon which takes you to your virtual classroom
(see pic 2)
Seeing Classes
» Click on Teams icon on the toolbar to see all your classes
» Click the class to go to your class learning page (see pic 3)
Your Class Pages
• You class learning pages will show you posts from your teachers, lesson work and will allow you to join live lessons
• Recordings of your lessons will also be available to view on this page
(see pic 4)
Accessing your Timetable
» To see your timetable and join a lesson, click on the Calendar icon on the toolbar
» Use the timetable to click into your lessons at the different times of the day (see pic 6)
Messaging your Teachers
» You can message your teacher at anytime during the lesson using the conversation
(see pic 8)
» To send a message to your teacher outside of lessons use the bar at the bottom of the page
» Remember that your teacher maybe in a live lesson so may not get back to you instantly
» Click the arrow to send (see pic 5)
How to Join your Timetabled Lesson
» Click on the Join icon and you will be in the lesson
(see pic 7)
» You teachers will guide you from here on what you need to do for that lesson, what resources to use and where to find them
Remember the teacher will be there for the whole of the lesson, so if you need to ask anything then use the conversation area on the right hand side of the lesson.
