following in in in in the footsteps of fellow Malvernian Jack Haynes and has made an an an impressive start playing first-team cricket for Worcestershire In an interview with The Cricketer magazine Josh said “I still remember my first game game for the Malvern 1st XI – it it was was was a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a Sunday game game against Wellington and I I I was was was in in in in in Year 10 Like in in in in in any changing room I I was was was a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a bit nervous to to start off with but then the the the the lads get around you you and being the the the the young one they were nice to to to me It was a a good atmosphere to be be in in ”
Josh also mentioned his fellow Old Malvernian player Jack Jack Haynes “Jack was my my 1st XI captain in in in in my my first first year in in in in in the the the team When I I I first first walked into the the the Worcestershire changing room I I knew a a a a a a a a couple of the the the lads but Jack was really welcoming ”
