 To agree and publish plans to deal with speci c issues such as parking problems, subletting, and anti-social behaviour and potential lease breaches.
 To ensure all contractor and all health and safety requirements are in place at handover and to ensure smooth transition to management.
 To provide detailed reports on cash position, arrears activity and management exceptions periodically, as agreed with the client and in accordance with the lease terms.
 To review energy contracts and consumption, exploring any further LED lighting options.
