always want to reach out for peace wherever it can be found.
That's why the value of peace is unreachable, incalculable and unfathomable. This man was not a Christian, but of the Sikh faith. It doesn’t matter your faith or religion, though; when you are going through trouble or dilemmas of any kind, you will always attempt to reach out for peace. The search for peace in somebody’s life can not be underestimated. Peace is the greatest asset to great living—peace of the soul, mind, spirit and body!
In his book The Power of the Blood, Maxwell H. A. Whyte writes that when Solomon was dedicating the Temple to the Lord (1Kings 8:5), a peace offering was made on behalf of the whole nation of Israel, and it is recorded that 22,000 oxen and 120,000 sheep were sacrificed. That was such a serious business and commitment! It also shows us the inestimable value behind peace, such that thousands upon thousands of animals were slaughtered, and the valleys were filled with the blood of the sacrifice animals in order to procure peace for the entire nation.
