elevation. For Joseph to shun evil—by not sleeping with Pharaoh’s wife—meant a lot before God. Joseph’s level of divine fellowship was at another level. Every wicked temptation you shun in life permits God to promote you to different levels of favor and prosperity.
The presence of God assures you divine prosperity. You can’t be in the presence of God and fail to prosper. It is practically impossible just like any tree planted by the riverside will always prosper and be attractive. So will your life be to the entire world and generation very attractive! Psalm 92:13 says:
Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing, To declare that the Lord is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.
That is what the presence of God will always do for you once you are planted into it! The presence of God is like water: whatever it touches must grow or have life. The principal trigger of God’s presence in the above scripture is God’s word. Psalm 1:2-3 says;
But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He
