never see prosperity in your life. The blessing is the mother to prosperity. The blessing operating upon your life will ensure that you walk in prosperity! Abraham’s prosperity was not just in terms of money, but his mind was sound, his body was health and his soul was not in panic but at peace. He enjoyed all- round prosperity, because of the blessing operating in his life! It is the covenant will of God that you prosper in everything in life (see Proverbs 10:22).
Then the third benefit is what I call protection!
3. Protection
Just as you can’t curse a blessed man or woman (Numbers 23:20), you can’t kill a blessed man or woman before his/or her time. Just as you can’t mistreat a blessed man/woman (Genesis 20:1-3) you can’t as well bewitch a blessed man or/woman (Number 23:23). Divine blessing upon your life is a divine endorsement from above that puts every devil away in your environment. The blessing does protect you, because you tend to dwell under God’s own divine covering. It means God is pleased with you and chooses to become your bodyguard. People who have the blessing working in their lives are naturally secure people. When you are fully walking in the blessing of God, he becomes your hiding place (Psalm 89:20-24).
