I was eyes to the blind, And I was feet to the lame. I was a father to the poor, And I searched out the case that I did not know.
Psalm 41:1 says:
Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
Givers are victorious. They don’t stay in trouble for a long time. Divine help shows up for them as quickly as possible. Givers rarely get stranded; if they do it is just for a moment. Givers are God pleasers, hence they are clothed with “favor” to shield them from calamity in the day of battle. In the school of prosperity what you suggest about financial prosperity is not as important as what God says in his word. Malachi 3:10-11 says:
Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this,” Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it. “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, Nor shall the vine fail to bear
