Understanding the Divine Secrets
My son, eat honey because it is good, And the honeycomb which is sweet to your taste; So shall the knowledge of wisdom be to your soul; If you have found it, there is a prospect, And your hope will not be cut off.
One young American man came to me and said, “Bishop George, why is it that you are full of wisdom from God? Can you show me your secret?” I was astonished because the only thing I do is speak the word of God into the lives of people when they are stranded and looking for a way out. Later I concluded that wisdom is the function of God’s word in your life. The level to which God’s word is influencing your life will eventually culminate in divine wisdom. Once God’s word stops flowing in your life wisdom stops!
The wisdom of God is a function of God’s word. You can’t be a lover of God’s word and expect to be unwise. Whosoever loves the infallible, incorruptible, indestructible, eternal word of God naturally becomes a million times wiser than they could have been without the Word. The sons of God do not only walk in the Spirit, but they are also governed by the wisdom of God. Wisdom is the accurate application of the knowledge of God’s word in every area of your life that needs attention: your marriage, finances, or
