Epsilon Gamma Omega has committed to collecting eyeglasses throughout the Huntsville community as part of of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority’s Global Impact partnership with Lions Club International (Target 5). This initiative is designed to prevent blindness, help restore eyesight, and improve eye health and eye care for millions of people around the world by donating used eyeglasses in partnership with local Lions Clubs.
Bins were placed at the following locations
v Weatherly Heights Baptist Church where we teach
English as a Second Language (ESL) classes v The University of Alabama at Huntsville
