Teaming up with clients to unearth their unique value propositions and situate them above the competition: THIS IS WHERE I EXCEL.
Typically, clients view the graphic design community as a foreign entity where clients believe they may have no say whatsoever in the process - either from start to finish or any points in between. It is up to me to extract client information - where I focus on the distinctive benefits and value they offer - so they can "shine" in each and every promotional piece that I create.
As a result of my pledge to take a vested interest in each and every client I am assigned, practically each one becomes a brand ambassador, where we collectively establish a pipeline of repeat and referral business.

Knowing that deadlines can either make or break client relationships, I swiftly took my car into a local repair shop. Because they got me back on the road in seemingly record time, I was able to maintain a long-standing relationship that I treasure.
Although I am extremely proud of long-standing reputation I have earned for recommending viable ideas to clients, I have - for the most part - done so in a solo capacity. Frankly, I miss the camaraderie among professional graphic design and arts direction teams where collective minds unite to produce greatness.
