Paddlesports and Water Trails in Metro Detroit

One thing's for sure - here in metro Detroit, we're surrounded by water! Visit the OAC today to learn more about how you can take advantage of the many canoe and kayak opportunities that are available in our area. During your OAC visit today, we'll have guests from Friends of the Rouge, Friends of the Detroit River and others here to share information about local water trails, guided trips, livery services in the area and more!

Join us for a fun activity to honor one of our favorite stories centered around our Great Lakes – “Paddle to the Sea!” We’ll have a scavenger hunt and other hands-on activities related to the characters and themes of this beautiful children’s story. Participants will also have the opportunity to enter to win their own copy of “Paddle to the Sea” to take home with them.
