RE/MAX Classic Gets Listings, Rewards Agents and Helps Children’s Miracle Network
RE/MAX Classic Broker/Owners found the perfect way to motivate their agents to get listings. That is by throwing them a great party and offering a $17,000 incentive! Knowing that listings are critical in their marketplace, the Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Classic wanted to give their agents an incentive to push as hard as they could to get listings, and in turn reward them for their efforts. In order to do just that they decided to organize a “listing drawing”. They set the contest up so that each listing that an agent obtained, their name went into the drawing and $25.00 was put into the pot by RE/MAX Classic. The contest ran from March 1st through June 30th and all together 690 listings were generated along with $17,250 in prize
money. Joan Downing, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Classic in Bloomfield Hills explained, “We wanted our agents to know that we appreciate them, and wanted to reward them for all of their hard work. We have not done anything of this magnitude in the past, and the fact that anyone could have won made everyone feel like they had a chance, even if they only secured one listing for the contest.”
The drawing was held at Glen Oaks Country Club on July 21st. The big prize was awarded to Scott McClue from the Bloomfield Hills office. Scott has generously donated $1,000 to the Children’s Miracle Network. Great job RE/MAX Classic!
RE/MAX Classic Broker/Owner Carol Boji holds the 690 entries for
the “listing drawing”.
Bart Patterson, Manager at RE/MAX Classic in Canton supervised the big drawing.
“Management could not be more proud of the efforts our agents made, and it gave us all great pleasure to be able to give back and let them know just how important they are to us.”
