THE RE/MAX HOT AIR BALLOON
A MOVING BILLBOARD IN THE SKY
Be sure to keep your eye to the sky for the RE/MAX hot air balloon this summer. The hot air balloon is a great extension of our advertising campaign during the summer months. By flying over popular venues like DTE Music Theatre and the new Jimmy John’s Stadium, as well as summer festivals, and regular flights over Oakland and Macomb Counties, the balloon is consistently branding the RE/MAX name throughout the region.
RE/MAX of Southeastern Michigan has its very own hot air balloon team. LeadpilotTed Gauthier has been flying the RE/MAX balloon for our region since2010. The team also executes the “How Hot Air Rises”, cold air and tethered balloon events for the region.
The RE/MAX hot air balloon has made over 20 flights since May of this year flying over cities such as Clarkston, Waterford, South Lyon, Utica, Macomb Township and more.
The RE/MAX brand name gains a lot of exposure when the balloon flies over popular venues like the new Jimmy John’s Field shown here.
