SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 19 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM Free Fishing Weekend - Ice Fishing at Milliken State Park
Take advantage of this opportunity to fish Michigan’s premier waters! We will learn about proper ice fishing equipment and safety practices. We’ll provide equipment and guidance for you to try ice fishing at Milliken State Park.
Proper outdoor gear (winter boots, warm outerwear, hats and gloves, etc.) is required for all participants, even those who are not actively fishing. Winter gear can be stored in cars or in complimentary lockers while you enjoy the facility before or after the program.
We recommend joining the fun at the start time. For safety reasons we will not be able to accommodate any late arrivals. Ice fishing will be dependent on ice conditions.
FEE: Included with the price of admission. The admission fee is charged at registration. Pre-registration required.
