This is a data-driven, human powered approach to help agents increase close rates 3-5x the industry average, ie. convert the leads that agents are not currently converting. The Opcity call-center screen and scrub on a live call, which is then transferred to the agent!
Speed to Lead
Opcity responds to most inquires in 60 seconds. The trained call-center staff dials from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week. Since most clients go with the first agent to contact them, this gives us a significant advantage.
Agent Matching
They use proprietary matching algorithm that is based on 17 years of transactional data to predict which agent is most likely to close the deal.
Live Phone Transfer
Every client is personally introduced to their matched agent in a LIVE phone transfer.
Ongoing Monitoring
Opcity tracks every referral to ensure that it’s progressing toward a close. If progress stalls, their pipeline team calls the clients and agents to troubleshoot. Accountability is built in.
Dashboard
You can review your pipeline in real time with details down to the individual agent and lead level.
