This area had a thriving culture of Dong Son, Sa Huynh, and Kalanay. Found evidence consists of Dong Son bronze wares, particularly, bronze drums, kettle drums, and drum parts, as well as assorted containers, earrings, and jewelry with particular features of Sa Huynh culture from South China Sea.
