A MESSAGE FROM COREY...
It’s finally here! Our 60th anniversary season is only weeks away. And it is definitely going to be an epic summer.
We have all of the amazing activities, special programs, events and traditions that make Timberlane summers unforgettable. And we’re closing out the summer with our 60th anniversary reunion up at camp.
I know that I speak for the leadership team and the entire staff in saying how excited we are for the buses to roll in so we can kick off our 60th anniversary season. It’s going to be an eight-week-long celebration, and we can’t wait for our most important guests.
In our commitment to giving you the best camp experience ever, we’re continuing to innovate, update facilities and add cool activities and programs that you won’t find anywhere else. Some of this years additions include:
• A New high ropes course at Samac
• New wakeboard boat Super Air Nautique
• Newly renovated cabins
• Treehouse adventure completed
• New sail boats
While we always try to push boundaries in what you can expect from the Timberlane experience, we also remain committed to our values and promise to each and every camper – that you will always be safe, secure, accepted and included no matter what.
Our Camper Code of Conduct is a very important part of creating a productive environment grounded in those values. Please review it before you get on the bus. It details what we expect of you and how you can contribute positively to an amazing camp experience for everyone.
And parents, we know that the start of camp is a time of mixed emotions for you. So please, do not hesitate to reach out at any time, for any reason.
On behalf of my family and the entire Timberlane team, I’m looking forward to seeing you at the buses on June 29 and getting this 60th anniversary season
started!
Corey Mandell
Camper Code of Conduct
As a member of the Timberlane family, everyone must always respect the similarities and differences in each other, their ideas and their opinions.
We have a ZERO tolerance policy towards physical violence, bullying, intimidation and non-physical aggression. We must all make a commitment to treat each other fairly and be considerate to others at all times, regardless of our differences or disagreements.
Each member of the Timberlane family stands up for one another by demonstrating courtesy, compassion and tolerance at all times.
It is our goal to create a safe, fun and nurturing environment for everyone. Using the Timberlane Code of Conduct to guide us, we can all work together to ensure the BEST summer possible for every camper and staff member.
In addition, it is our hope that these commitments and values will continue throughout the year. It is important that the spirit of Timberlane live on in how we treat ourselves, our families and our friends both inside and outside of the camp environment.
