What Happens Next?
If you are obtaining a new loan, your signed loan documents will be returned to the lender for review. The escrow holder will ensure that all contract conditions have been met and 􏰈􏰄􏰉􏰉 􏰋􏰌􏰍 􏰃􏰎􏰆 􏰉􏰆􏰂􏰇􏰆􏰏 􏰃􏰁 􏰐􏰑􏰅􏰂􏰇 􏰃􏰎􏰆 􏰉􏰁􏰋􏰂􏰒􏰓 􏰔􏰑 􏰕􏰁􏰅􏰏 􏰉􏰁􏰋􏰂 􏰇􏰁􏰖􏰅􏰗􏰆􏰂􏰃􏰌 􏰋􏰏􏰆 􏰌􏰋􏰃􏰄􏰑􏰋􏰖􏰃􏰁􏰏􏰕􏰒 􏰃􏰎􏰆 􏰉􏰆􏰂􏰇􏰆􏰏 will send funds directly to the escrow holder.
