2. Listed on Coastal Premier Properties Website and Listing Agent’s Personal Website
3. Open house scheduled for the upcoming weekend and promoted on the MLS and
many websites
4. Email blasts sent to local area agents and listing agent’s sphere of influence announcing
the property was “Just Listed”
5. Video slideshow with music and text posted on social media
6. Promoted in the windows at Coastal Premier Properties offices with flyers and on the
televisions
After the Initial 48 Hours
1. Graphics made for social media posting
2. Additional consistent social media posts
3. Additional consistent email blasts
4. Flyers completed
5. Potential postcard mailed out to local homes
6. Potential social media paid ads directing traffic to property profile on the listing
agent’s website
