Cara Sipan
As a San Diego native and the daughter of a custom homebuilder and property manager, Cara grew up in the world of Real Estate and knew from a very young age that her future would be in coastal residential sales. With this dream in mind􏰀 she recei􏰁ed her 􏰂achelors degree 􏰃rom 􏰄an 􏰅iego 􏰄tate 􏰆ni􏰁ersity􏰇s 􏰈usiness 􏰉eal 􏰊state program and excelled in specialized courses including negotiation, valuation and interior design, just to name a 􏰃ew. 􏰅uring her time at 􏰄􏰅􏰄􏰆􏰀 􏰋ara was an acti􏰁e mem􏰂er in the uni􏰁ersity􏰇s 􏰉eal 􏰊state 􏰄ociety as she sought out new a􏰁enues to learn 􏰃rom the industry􏰇s top pro􏰃essionals in de􏰁elopment and property management.
As a senior she was also an intern with Coastal Premier for eight months learning the ins and outs of marketing properties to maximize their potential. This well-rounded understanding of real estate enables her to provide her clients with the most professional service possible, as her education has given her a solid foundation in all aspects of real property. Her enthusiasm and love for the business shines through in her work as she ensures that her clients are her number one priority. In her free time, Cara enjoys yoga, kickboxing, hiking, cooking, playing piano and spending time with her many furry friends.
