Susan and Cara
  Susan Meyers-Pyke
After years of working for a national real estate company, long- time realtor, Susan Meyers-Pyke wanted to bring a more per- sonal and collaborative approach to real estate. In March of 2009, she and her partner opened the doors of Coastal Pre- mier Properties to fulfill their dream of being able to hand-se- lect the best agents that share their same values. Cara Sipan
As a San Diego native and the daughter of a custom home- builder and property manager, Cara grew up in the world of real estate and knew from a very young age that her future would be in coastal residential sales. With this dream in mind, she received her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State Uni- versity’s Business Real Estate program and excelled in special- ized courses including negotiation, valuation and interior de- sign, just to name a few. During her time at SDSU, Cara was an active member of the university’s Real Estate Society as she sought out new avenues to learn from the industry’s top pro- fessionals in development and property management. Even before graduating, she began her career with Coastal Premier Properties as an intern for eight months learning the ins and outs of marketing properties to maximize their potential. This well-rounded understanding of real estate enables her to pro- vide her clients with the most professional service possible, as her education has given her a solid foundation in all aspects of real property. Now having been licensed for 5 years, she has experience in both single-family and multi-family transactions and her love for the business shines through in her work as she ensures that her clients are her number one priority.
