If you would like a realtor who treats you like family - someone who really listens to what you say, cares about you, and keeps looking until she finds what you want - then April is the realtor for you. I’ve moved a few times and this is the first time that I’ve ever dealt with a realtor that made me feel like she really understood not only my wish list, but the emotional investment in finding the perfect home. I joked that I was asking April to find me a ‘unicor’ and darned it she didn’t.
Because I was moving from out of state, I had no idea where to begin looking and April took the time to show me several different areas that fit my criteria, narrowing things down until we literally found the perfect little town. Once she did that, then she dove it looking for the perfect house. When April called to let me know that she had found a house she thought I might be interested in, I went to look with real anticitpa- tion. And once again, April came through. The house was perfect - literally the house I had imagined, down to the bunnies in the back yard! April always made me fell like I was her only client even though I know she was very busy with other clients. Our meeting were never rushed and April was always available for calls, emails, and texts - and of course, tons of questions. She worked with me and my schedule and also took time to work with my husband via email to keep him informed, since he was not able to join in the house hunting project. When April finally found our ‘unicorn’ she quickly wrapped up the process by working closely with my husband, myself, and the sellers to ensure that we were able to secure the house. The closing was easier and quicker than I could have hoped, especially since we were on a tight time frame. April is a complete professional in all aspects! In short, if you are looking for a highly professional and knowledgeable realtor who really listens to you, cares about you, and treats you like family, then April is the realtor for you!
A Superhero. — Matt Cechini
April is, as far as I’m concerned, a super hero. She saved us from a potentially disastrous situation with another realtor who didn’t have our best interests at heart. She helped us prep the house - literally showed up and helped us prep. I tear up every time I think about it. We were so clearly overwhelmed, and she had nothing but kindness and compassion for us. She brought so much strength and energy to a seriously stressful process.
She knows her stuff. She was more aware of the market and our spot in it than our prior realtor, and was committed to helping us sell within the time we’d set for ourselves. She is clever, reliable, responsive, honest, and kind. She consistently went above and beyond to help us sell the home. Without her help, I have no doubt we would have had a much harder time selling (if we sold at all). Along with 100% owning all the skills you dream about your realtor having, April is a funny, happy, genuine person, and a true joy to work with. If you have a chance to work with her, take it!
