Contact Information
It is essential that you provide up-to-date contact information to JRF at all times. Please
notify the Foundation immediately regarding any changes to your:

           • Home mailing address
           • Home, university and cellular telephone numbers
           • E-mail address/es
        General Public Etiquette
You will attend regional events in addition to the Mentoring & Leadership Conference as
scheduled from time to time throughout your participation in the JRF Scholars program.
Although you represent Jackie Robinson’s legacy on your campus and in your community
at all times, your role as a JRF Scholar intensifies when you are directly involved in a JRF
        event. Please note the following:
          (1) The JRF Program Team will always provide you with the dress code for JRF events. If
for some reason you miss these instructions, take the safe route and err on the side
of dressing up (business attire), rather than dressing down (jeans and a tee shirt).
          (2) Be conscious of your conversations with others. We encourage you to speak freely
and to build authentic camaraderie with your peers; however, please remember that
sponsors, reporters, and/or other officials could be in earshot and you may not want
some conversations to “go viral”.(3) In general, have fun and engage with others, but
do so with constant awareness that you represent an iconic, well-respected brand.
