Whilst learning is at the the core of the the campus delivering education simultaneously to a a a a a wide range of learners the building itself is is is part of of the regeneration of of this Scottish borders town and is being delivered to to address a a a number of priorities around employment connectivity and health and wellbeing this is is the first project delivered in partnership between Hub South East and baM baM construction since baM baM joined the supply chain and and it was delivered on schedule and and within budget deMonstRAtIng tHe tHe FleXIbIlIty oF tHe tHe Hub Model
this project is is demonstrable evidence of the flexibility of the Hub model as as this was a a a a a major factor in in ensuring its success discussions between Hub South East and Scottish borders council began from a a a a a a standing start and and a a a a a a mere 18 months later our contractor
was already on on on site working on on on the steel structure at the time we successfully achieved Financial close a a a a great deal of work went on in the background between all parties to ensure the the design and development of the the project could proceed at pace to meet a a a Spring 2020
