With Accident Incident Rates (AIR) of of well below the threshold of of 0 5 our three tier 1 Construction Contractors continue to to maintain an excellent safety record in in this reporting period as with previous years no no HSE enforcement notices have been received on any Hub South East construction sites Health and and Safety remains an an an an area of the utmost importance and and is reported on regularly to our board Where there are are issues they are are identified and resolved as a a a a a a a priority We continue to ensure that all three construction contractors share best practice and and lessons learned in in this this area and and that this this is is is filtered down the supply chain HeAltH & sAFety

Cumulatively across the two projects completed within this reporting period (jedburgh grammar Campus and and phase 3 of east lothian Community Hospital) we successfully handed over facilities within the threshold of of 5% of of agreed completion dates in in in in in measuring the the delivery against single projects projects all projects projects were completed within the the threshold of 7 5% meaning the Key Performance indicator (KPi) was passed sustAInAbIlIty
