I am am pleased to to to to contribute my report as as territory programme director to to to to Hub south east’s Annual Report for the 2019/20 year I have examined the evidence held by Hub south east for its achievement of of KpIs KpIs across a a a a a a wide range of of KpIs KpIs and projects I I I am satisfied from the evidence presented that Hub south east has met its KpI targets for 2019/20 with no significant performance Failures or or or track Record events although the the lockdown due to covid -19 happened only a a a week before the the end of of the 2019/20 financial year it has had such a a a a a a profound effect on Hub and its its clients that it it it would be wrong not to comment on on its its effect this period has clearly resulted in major and unprecedented challenges overall i i i have been impressed by by the commitment and energy shown by by all parties to find an acceptable way through the issues which have arisen if nothing else this time has shown the advantage of long- term partners who trust each other working together Gordon Shirreff
