You use the Insert tab to insert objects into your document, such as a table, a pic- ture, add-ins, links, comments, and notes. The Insert tab is shown in Figure 11-2. You learn more about how add-ins work with the Office products in Chapter 12.
The Layout tab is where you can change the formatting of the document. You can change things like the margins widths, orientation (portrait or landscape), the paper size, indentation, and line spacing. The Insert tab is shown in Figure 11-3.
