8.6.3 Section A: Records Management – Planned Services
Section A of the CSAT GPRA data collection tool requests an enumeration of the services that the program plans to provide as part of the client’s course of treatment/recovery. Said enumeration is provided below in Tables 6-1 and 6-2. This table serves to denote the breadth and variety of services offered by CCEP to support the participating women in their treatment/recovery and the structure that the CCEP program administrators have put into place to accommodate the women the program is serving currently and will serve in the future. It is especially noteworthy to the question of the intervention’s consistency that at least half of the participants are expected to receive eleven of the core services offered by the program. These vital program components included: case management, day treatment, outpatient services, medical screening, referral for treatments, group counseling, family services (including marriage education, parenting, child development services), pre-employment services, individual services coordination, self-help and support groups (IOP), and substance abuse education.
