Selected & Preferred Canadian-Bred Sale
This year’s 2007 Canadian-Bred Yearling Sale takes place on Tuesday, September 4 for the Selected Session and on Saturday, September 8 for the Preferred Session, and will be held at the Sales Pavilion, at Woodbine Racetrack in Toronto, Ontario. Entries for the Sale close on May 31, 2007.
Nominations are in and inspections are being conducted with what we con- sider to be our best sale yet. Regarded as the largest Canadian-Bred Yearling Sale in Canada, last year 22 yearlings sold for $100,000 or more, with a total of 301 horses selling for a total of $8,288,300.

2007 CTHS (Ontario) AGM
The Annual General Meeting of the Ontario CTHS will be held on Wednesday, June 6 in the boardroom of the Woodbine Sales Pavilion, Woodbine Racetrack. Start time to be announced shortly.
Thinking Twice
The Tanya Lobsinger trained, Never Think Twice, was thinking twice about being loaded into the starting gate before the second race on opening day at Woodbine. Jockey Robert King Jr. was dropped from his mount and the outriders did a good job of catching the three-year-old gelding before he got too far. Despite his antics, Never Think Twice finished fourth in the race.
