TAKE NOTICE that an Annual General Meeting of the Horsemen's Benevolent & Protective Association of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) will be held in Verdi I (2/3), Verdi Hospitality Centre, 3550 Derry Road East, Mississauga,
Ontario on Thursday, September 2390,2054 at the hour of 87:030 p.m. for the following purpose:
1. To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held September 3205,20043;;
2. To report on the activities of the Association;
3. To receive the report of the auditors in respect of the audited financial statements of the Association for the year ended March 31,20054;;
4. To appoint the auditors for the Corporation;
5. To transact such other business as many be required by law or these By-laws to be brought before the meeting
