Did You Know That . . .
- Countries with a high protein intake have a far higher rate of cancer than countries where little protein is consumed?!
- Osteoporosis is way more common in countries with HIGH Calcium intake.
And virtually unknown in countries where comparatively little calcium and dairy is consumed . . .
- Asian Countries with LOW Dairy consumption have a very low breast cancer rate as opposed to countries with HIGH dairy and western diet.

- A study by Valter Longo, director of the Longevity Institute of University of Southern California followed over 6,300 adults over the age of 50, to see what effect high-, medium-, and low-protein diets had on longevity.
- People from ages 50-65 who ate high-protein diets were four times more likely to die of cancer. This is in the ballpark of smoking risk – compared to people who ate low-protein diets. Even those who ate moderate-protein diets were three times as likely to die from cancer. And people who ate high- protein diets were 75% more likely to die from any cause, including three times as likely to die from diabetes.
