Terms and Conditions
Payment terms
Deposit: A non refundable deposit of 50% of the overall hire cost, including any technical and delivery charges, will be required to secure the Hired Goods for the required dates. Waggle Events reserves the right to book out the requested equipment on the selected dates to other Customers prior to receiving cleared funds.
Balance Payment: The payment of the balance will be due 3 working days prior to the commencement of the hire unless otherwise agreed in writing by Waggle Events for the individual hire or as part of a trade agreement between Waggle Events Ltd. and the Customer.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation of the hire more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the hire period will not incur the Customer any further charges.
Cancellation of the hire between 30 and 3 (exclusive) days prior of the commencement of the hire period will incur a further charge of 25% of the outstanding hire cost, including any technical and delivery charges.
Cancellation for the hire within 3 days of the commencement of the hire period will incur no rebait
Power Requirements
The LED Screen requires a 32amp 3 phase power supply in order to operate. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure this is available at the final position of the screen. Waggle Events Ltd. can not be held responsible if the required power is not available and the Customer will be liable for the full invoice total if the required power is not in place. Waggle Events Ltd are happy to offer a suitable generator and / or mains distribution at additional cost, if arranged prior to the event.
Security Requirements
In circumstances where the screen is to be left onsite overnight without the on-site presence of a Waggle Events Ltd. technician it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that security personnel are onsite to ensure the security of the screen and any further equipment provided by Waggle Events Ltd. as part of this quotation.
Weather restrictions
Waggle Events Ltd. and its representatives reserve the right to restrict or refuse the use of Hired Goods due to exceptional weather conditions. This includes, but is not exclusive to, high winds and heavy rainfall which might make the use of the equipment unsafe. For example this screen is restricted and can not be used in winds exceeding 15m/s (approximately 30 mph).
Access required
Waggle Events Ltd. will make every attempt to assess the access available to a venue prior to arrival however it is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure sufficient and safe access is available. Information on specific access requirements is available on request.
