New Barn AV Meetings Package
This Meeting package is designed to enhance the equipment provided as part of the delegate day rate to offer an enhanced sound system with additional radio microphones and an upgrade to a full HD 5000 lumen projector and also includes a perspex lectern and a 32” confidence monitor facing the presenters.
For piece of mind an audio visual technician will be onsite throughout the meeting to assist with the change over of presentations and run the sound in the room.
We recommend this package for delegate numbers up to 75.
Included within the package:
A 4 speaker PA including:
1 x Lectern microphone
2 x radio microphones, either Lapel or hand held Lectern
1 x 32" confidence monitor show the main slides
5000 Lumen Full HD projector.
An Audio visual Technician on site through the conference.
Package Price £630.80 + VAT
The PA within this package allows for additional microphones to be added
if needed and we are also able to offer presentation spec laptops.
This package would be setup on the morning of a conference and will be ready 30 minutes prior to doors opening unless previously arranged.
